Here are our answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

  • We are in office in SE Portland Oregon but otherwise we see Oregon and California patients via telepsychiatry.

  • We do not take insurance but we are happy to provide you superbills that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Not contracting with insurance companies allows us to tailor your care to your needs rather than have your care be dictated by the insurance company.

  • You will be seen for a 60-minute intake visit and then usually we meet every 1-4 months thereafter for 30 minute appointments to check in.

  • 95% of our patients see us for medication management alone but we offer talk therapy on a case by case basis.

  • Most of our patients are referred to us by their therapist, and they continue to see their therapist each week. We really value working closely with therapists, and we will make it a point to communicate with yours regularly to ensure your care is coordinated and comprehensive.

  • We see adults age 18+. Occasionally we see teens as young as 15. If you are 65+ you must fill out a form acknowledging that we are opted out of Medicare meaning you cannot submit my superbills to Medicare for reimbursement.
