Dr. Rebecca Alicandro is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with more than ten years of clinical experience. She is excited to be joining Haven Psychiatric, where she will provide expert support for women's health-related conditions. 

Dr. Alicandro specializes in the evaluation and management of perimenopause and menopause-related health concerns, offering individualized, evidence-based treatment plans—including hormone therapy. Her patient interactions emphasize education, shared decision-making, and above all, a collaborative approach to care. She aims to provide a safe, supportive environment where women feel seen and heard, and values partnering with each patient to build a personalized care plan that aligns with their needs.
